This group is for anyone interested in weight training, regardless of experience level. Whether you're new to weight training, a seasoned enthusiast, or a fitness professional with a passion to help others, we welcome you. Our weight training club fosters self-improvement through mutual learning, teaching, and supporting one another along our individual fitness journeys. Meet-ups will be in person at selected locations and online.

Beginners and Novices

Learn how to design a program to reach your personal goals, practice proper exercise techniques, continue to maintain progress, and integrate weight training into your lifestyle for long-term success. If you wish, you can also connect with a training partner, exercise group, or a personal trainer.

Experienced Enthusiasts

Train with other like-minded enthusiasts, mentor others with less experience, participate in online discussions, and stay informed of research in weight training.

Exercise Professionals

Become involved by ​helping us supervise group workouts, present online educational seminars, organize or host events, network with other exercise professionals, and connect with clients seeking private training.

Gym Owners

Host your own local TenReps chapter meetups and benefit from our marketing support. We're looking to partner with both commercial fitness facilities, personal training studios, and owners of home gyms large enough to host small groups at a time suitable to your schedule, one or more times per week. As a affiliated commercial gym, attract motivated new members looking for a place to train.
